Everything You Need To Know About Intermittent Fasting
I first came across intermittent fasting a few years ago from a book by Brad Pilon called Eat Stop Eat. I’ve continually come back to this book because it is incredibly well-researched and Brad Pilon actually does this method of Intermittent Fasting.
Intermittent Fasting Documentary:
I found the concept extremely interesting, but the idea didn’t really take root until I saw this intermittent fasting documentary by BBC documentarian Michael Manley:
I also watched this Ted Talk on Intermittent Fasting by Jolly. It’s a bit more technical, but you can see the results you can achieve if you try this method of weight loss out.
Personally, I lost about 30 pounds using this method of weight loss and avoiding almost all simple carbohydrates.

This documentary also mentions telemeres, which can extend your life. Very interesting concept.
